Multipessoal recruta para a equipa de Customer Care de prestigiado cliente, líder do setor onde atua:- Customer Care Assistant (m/f) – Maia
Requisitos
Responsibilities:- Customer service support (Portugal and Spain), in online and offline channel, by email and phone;
- Support the operationalization of the e-commerce activity related to customer contacts, (such as breakage, returns);
- Support stores and the customer in the after sales service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English;
- Customer orientation;
- Related previous experience;
- Ability to work with online technologies (platforms);
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Critical analysis capacity;
- Secondary education or Bachelor completed.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work schedule: 09h-18h
