At this moment, Kelly Search & Selection is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant for a Finance Shared Service Center Company in Porto.Responsibilities:
• Handle factoring process, post factoring statements and reconciliation
• Process deductions and if applicable generate credit notes
• Enter and forward invoice deductions
• Enter and post manual invoices
• Process AR month end closing activities
• Perform AR reporting
• Support in the preparation of financial statements;
• Maintenance of accounts;
• Participate in project work;
• Provide support related to annual and interim audits.
Profile:
• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or comparable
• Knowledge of IFRS and ideally good knowledge of accounting standards in European GAAPs
• Fluent English both spoken and written (other language is a plus)
• Experienced in working with ERP systems
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a Shared Service Center
• Joy in working in a global environment
