OTOA33 is an international team based in Hamburg, closely interacting with our international internal customers. We are responsible for the just-in-time delivery of ‘internatco’ (e.g. German design and installation location in France) to Airbus plants mainly outside Germany, especially Saint-Nazaire and Toulouse. We are also responsible for ordering parts for the A320 Family Final Assembly Line in Hamburg and Paint Shop. We recently also integrated a functional link to the local ordering organization in FAL Mobile USA.

We are working in a flexible environment where mobile working is embedded into our routines and widely used. The Supply Officer is reflecting the center pillar of the triangle between Ordering (that's us), Contracts (Commercial Procurement buyers) and the Supply Chain Quality Manager.
responsabilidades chave
This position is required to understand VAT regulation in order to secure the correct applications of VAT rules in the accounting books in coordination with the Airbus HQ Tax, General Ledger accounting and Financial Systems teams.In your role, you will be involved in:
? Be the focal point of the AGBS team for any VAT topics with the other teams
? Ensure VAT trainings for the AGBS team (AR / AP)
? Secure correct treatment of incoming / outgoing invoices from a VAT standpoint
? Weekly controls of the VAT bookings for cleaning, bookings corrections if needed and invoices format
? Manage the correct application of VAT codes
? Lead the regular review of the VAT numbers’ validity of the customers and suppliers
? Perform some accounting extractions in coordination with the accounting general ledger team and recover the relating invoices when necessary

We are looking for a person with an excellent attitude and leadership abilities to create a good environment and work as a team who will support finance and business areas, it must be able to work under pressure, being a proactive and organized person to demonstrate a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks to deliver the quality of our internal customers.You are a Junior accountant with a VAT expertise
Wish to develop specific VAT skills in the 4 core countries of Airbus
You have a university degree in accounting
You have a good knowledge of MS Office more especially Excel.
You have a demonstrated experience in ERP systems (ideally SAP)
You are Diligent and have a strong work ethics.
You are well organized and able to perform under pressure given the VAT declaration timelines.
You are dynamic, autonomous and very responsible.
You are customer service oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills.
Advanced English written and oral skills
