Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, English speakers for a role of UX/UI Designe for it's international telecommunications client.

Where We See This Role Going:

Our client is a forward-thinking and customer-centric company seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join their creative team. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences, and they need a skilled individual who can create intuitive and user-friendly designs for their digital products. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in
shaping the interaction and visual design of our applications to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of their users.

Role Overview:
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating insights into user-centric design solutions. You will work closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts that enhance the usability and functionality of our client digital products. Your expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and usability testing will be instrumental in delivering exceptional user experiences.

Funções

Your main responsabilities will be:

1. Lead the end-to-end design process for user experiences, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation;
2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to gain insights and validate design decisions;
3. Define user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts and interactions;
4. Create high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups to illustrate and iterate on design solutions;
5. Collaborate closely with UI designers to ensure seamless integration of interaction and visual design elements;
6. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization;

8. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts;
9. Stay informed about the latest UX design trends, tools, and industry advancements, and integrate them into the design process;

Requisitos

You will need the following competencies:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
2. Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of successful UX design projects;
3. Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar;
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices;
5. Extensive experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions;
6. Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
7. Exceptional visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to think strategically;
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver highquality work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
1. Knowledge of front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers;
2. Familiarity with motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Principle, Framer);
3. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UX design;
4. Experience with mobile app design and platforms (iOS, Android);
5. Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
