Our client is a multinational company that is in the phase of expansion of team, is recruiting:Treasury Accountant (m/f)
Lisbon
Reporting to Manager of Treasury, this professional will be responsible for:
- Control the company’s petty cash to guarantee money availability to fulfil departments’ requests in compliance with companies procedures;
- Execute intercompanies payments by Manager of Treasury or other departments;
- Prepare the daily cash flow report of all European companies, monitoring cash balances and currency exposures;
- Organize bank reconciliations for all European companies;
- Assist the Manager of Treasury in the control of financial and cash investments to ensure that all cash and investments are accounted for and strategic decisions on funding and risk management are taken;
- Monitor all payments done by Accounts Payable team and T&E team to ensure that payments are timely and accurately done;
- Perform foreign exchange transactions;
- Make cash deposits/withdrawals in banks facilities and process payments in fiscal authorities’ facilities.
Profile:
- University degree in Business, Finance, Management or similar;
- 3 years of treasury experience in a multinational environment;
- Knowledge of international accounting standards;
- Knowledge of accounting systems;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Must be committed to high quality and service orientation;
- Must have good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
