Our client is a multinational company which operates in pharmaceutical sector and we are looking for a Travel & Expenses Specialist for auditing the employees' expenses and provide support to the Concur tool final users.
responsabilidades chave
Audit Expense reports in line with the company regulations and guidelines;Provide support to SAP Concur final users by tickets and calls;
Credit Card Management;
Suggest and support process improvements;
Extract and analyse SAP Concur reports from Cognos;
Provide SAP Concur Trainings;
Act as connection with our stakeholders and partners.
competências
Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or similar;Professional experience from 2 years in T&E (experience in SSC is a plus);
Knowledge on SAP Concur is a plus;
Good English language skills, additional European language skills is a plus;
Strong analytical skills;
Strong communication & writing skills;
Decision making and problem solving skills;
Team player;
Quality and service-oriented;
Highly motivated and flexible.
