competências

  • More than 5 years of experience in Finance and taxes
  • Good experience in leading a team as a manager
  • Good understanding of T&E related Tax knowledge of the respective countries (VAT, benefit in kinds in all countries)
  • Awareness of any potential compliance risks and committed to act with integrity
  • Lead by example to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality
  • Good Accounting knowledge (e.g. G/L accts, Cost center, Project codes, IFRS etc.)
  • HR good knowledge and knowing the HR processes and tools
  • Travel Management knowledge (Travel booking tool, Travel Agency, RFP process, etc.)
  • At least 5 years experience in managing customers or suppliers
  • Very strong interpersonal and customer service skills with communication skills
  • Clear in judgment and discretion in determining situations
  • Very good communication skills to Customer, stakeholders, unions, HR, IM etc.
  • Customer focused
  • Project Management to lead T&E projects
  • Autonomous, proactive to take initiatives
  • Promote new ways of working and transmit this to teams
  • Strong knowledge of computer operation, Standard office software (SAP, Service now, T&E software, ...Pack Office), Reporting tool (e.g. QlikSense), T&E Software (e.g. automated audit rules, alerts,
  • English - Advanced Level. Capacity to interact with English native speakers
  • French or/and Spanish or/and German Language would be a plus

responsabilidades

  • Lead the T&E team as T&E manager
  • Validate recommendations and lead implementation on Travel & Expense policies and procedures on T&E side
  • Ensure staff compliance with Travel and expense policies and procedures through adjusting systems in alignment with the other countries
  • Analyzing and resolving escalated back office issues related to travel and expense applications
  • Plan and lead strategic planning for both immediate and future back office application needs
  • Validate and lead update department standard operating procedures
  • Escalation level for highly confidential and/or highly sensitive travel and expense issues
  • Present KPI's to customer and stakeholders to display volumes but also travel behavior
  • Propose mitigation actions with Customer and other stakeholders related to reports
  • Perform benchmarks with similar companies as Airbus in all countries
  • Lead for T&E RFP’s related to Travel and T&E
  • Lead internal and external audits related to T&E
  • Lead monitoring of T&E suppliers and do implement actions to improve performance
  • Create SLA lead actions with stakeholders in case of validation of SLA and of their missions but also bring them support to improve, to gain autonomy keeping in mind our customers' satisfaction.
  • Lead review meetings with T&E suppliers
  • Propose innovations to T&E suppliers and observe the Travel market on changes or/and best practices and the development of new technologies or/and processes
  • Develop guidance on T&E methodology and look for improvements and new technologies
  • Lead and foster implementation of compliance, segregation of duties and internal controls rules
  • Support the Head of Accounting and other Finance departments in special projects.
