Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. responsabilidades chave

Perform the audit of Travel Expenses and Non travel related claims: travel related expenses according to local tax laws and legal requirements and in line with company directives
Ensure that any reimbursement has the support of documentation such as invoices, tickets, receipts etc. and be compliant to Airbus directives and local tax laws
Compare details of the claim are in line with the input of traveller
Analysis of receipts
Check the quality of the documents and take decision according to the outcome
Identification of personal expenses and other non-eligible expense
Consistency checks (e.g. claiming for mileage if there is a car rental for the same route)
Managing complaints from end-user and manager with standardized responses
Escalate and/or arbitrate claims with senior auditor
Awareness of the T&E internal processes and controls

competências

Mandatory: fluency in German;
T&E and Helpdesk activities experience
Understanding of the tools: SAP-FI module and T&E tool experience is a plus
Knowledge of local tax laws in respective country
Showing strength and determination in case of hostility
Accounting and HR basics
Able to demonstrate discretion, integrity and confidentiality
Proactive and take decisions and actions related to the Expense claim
Ability to exercise good judgment and communicate clearly with end-user and
Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
