Then we have the right job for you!Kelly Services is recruiting a Customer Service Representative (m/f) with fluency in German or Spanish to work in Lisbon, and your main responsibility will be handling hotel reservations, inquiries, outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrange special requests.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries;
- Inform the customer about specific products, services, policies and processes.
Profile:
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken German/ Spanish, with English – C2 (mandatory);
- Customer service-orientated and a high focus on customer satisfaction;
- First work experience in Service Center or similar business;
- Strong administration and organization skills;
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy;
- Very good PC skills.
Workload: from Monday to Sunday, between 07h - 22h
Conditions:
German market > RBM 957€ + 6€ meal allowance + 100 training bonus + bonus till 150€ after the training + Extra bonus until 600€;
Spanish market > RBM 757€ + 6€ meal allowance + 100 training bonus + bonus till 150€ after the training.
