Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a technological company dedicated to the development of digital solutions for clients all over the world and is looking for a Test / QA Manager (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality assurance team;
- Define and execute the strategy for the company quality assurance process;
- Design and lead the execution of test plans and test cases both manual and automated;
- Identify, report and control problems supporting the delivery of high-quality software;
- Organize and improve test processes, defining the tools and technologies to be used.

Competências:
Ideal Profile:- LAMP stack, JIRA;
- ISTQB certification or equivalent;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience of three years or more with Quality Assurance methodologies and Functional Software Testing;
- Experienced in managing a QA Team;
- Experienced in the execution of functional and automated tests;
- Experience with design and creation of test scripts and test plans according to the project requirements;
- Experience working in the context of Agile methodologies;
- Familiarity with the most common test automation and test management tools (SAHI, Selenium, others);
- Proactive and creative mindset;
- Detail-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
