Our client is a software company with own product, which following the need to strengthen its team, seeks to identify one:Test QA Manager
Lisbon
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the quality assurance team
Define and execute the strategy for the company quality assurance process
Design and lead the execution of test plans and test cases both manual and automated
Identify, report and control problems supporting the delivery of high-quality software
Organize and improve test processes, defining the tools and technologies to be used
REQUIRED SKILLS
3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and Functional Software Testing
Experienced in managing a QA Team
Experienced in the execution of functional and automated tests
Experience with design and creation of test scripts and test plans according to the project requirements
Experienced in working in the context of Agile methodologies
Familiarity with the most common test automation and test management tools (SAHI, Selenium, others)
Proactive and creative mindset
Detail-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
BENEFICIAL SKILLS
LAMP stack, JIRA
Fluent in English
ISTQB certification or equivalent
