Randstad Professionals is the business line of Randstad Group focused on Middle&Top Management Recruitment.Our Client is an international specialist insurer that is now looking for a Test Coordinator to reforce their team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the implementation of tools to support the Testing activities;
- Implement the tactical solutions defined in the UAT Strategy;
- Have a active role on the sizing of the User Stories in the Sizing meetings;
- Gather the necessary resources/Testers to perform the UAT testing, based on the testing approach to the changes being implemented;
- Be the point of contact for Testers during the testing phases;
- Create or assist in the creation of Test Cases, Test Scripts and Test Data;
- Present the changes and the testing approach to the UAT testers;
- Validate the quality of the System Tests (both the high-level Test Scenarios, and the execution);
- Report and validate the fulfillment of the Entry Criteria in the UAT stage;
- Provide KPIs during the Sprint;
- Make a quantitative analysis on the Testing phases of the Iterations;
- Be a SME on the applications managed in the Europe IT scope;
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and actively manage expectations;
- Making sure that no change is signed-off from UAT without the proper level of confidence in the change/system.

Competências:
Profile:- Good knowledge on existing testing techniques and how to apply them in different scenarios;
- Solid knowledge on the Software Development Lifecycle used in Agile;
- Used to work with Software Development Management tools (JIRA), and Quality Management Software tools (HP Quality Center, etc.);
- Good stakeholder and expectation management;
- Ability to have a clear, precise and affirmative communication style;
- IT background appreciated but not mandatory;
- Testing certification (ISTQB Foundation/CTFL) appreciated;
- Interest in Testing Automation;
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential;
