Summary
  • Responsible for commissioning, maintenance and emergency repairs of VERTIV/Liebert equipment, batteries, power distribution and installation monitoring.
  • Establish, promote and maintain excellent relationships with customers, vendors, distributors and others within the area.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the dispatching team and department manager/supervisor.
  • Responsible for assigned spare parts in your inventory.
  • Follow and respect, in all technical interventions, the environmental guidelines established by Vertiv and those specific to the customer's facilities where the intervention is carried out.



Tasks and responsibilities
  • Respond in a professional manner to all assigned service calls and when remaining on call.
  • Read, understand and comply with all established procedures.
  • Carry out all work safely and in accordance with the safety policy.
  • Periodically ensure that replacements are properly processed.
  • Keep the team of dispatchers informed of your scheduled jobs and the status of all open jobs through defined procedures.
  • Maintain the accuracy of customer information by reporting any error detected.
  • Send the Service Request (SR) daily, punctually, correctly and completely.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained.
  • Report and promote any sales or improvement opportunities that are needed at a facility/client
  • Be the point of reference for main customers in case of emergencies and problem resolution.
  • Ensure availability to work occasionally during weekends, nights or outside working hours in accordance with current legislation.
  • Work strictly with the coordinator to deal with operational matters on a daily basis.
  • Comply with ITC legislation at user level.
  • Attend required technical training both locally and in the factory.


Required qualifications
  • Professional mid-level training in electricity and electronics.
  • Computer knowledge, particularly Office tools.
  • Medium level proficiency in English.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proactivity, ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively.
  • Valid Light driving license.
  • Preference for residence in the Greater Lisbon area.


Working conditions:
  • Opening hours from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.
  • Travel locally and internationally when requested due to service/training needs.
  • Occasional maneuvers weighing up to 30 kg
