Technical Writer (m/f)Lisbon
Requisitos
- University degree in International Relations, Writing and Translation or equivalent, preferably with a strong technological mindset.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail;
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;
- Excellent written skills in English;
- Strong working knowledge of Windows based tools.
-Proven work experience in technical writing of software customer documentation, product documentation, or online publishing including experience authoring technical customer-facing materials;
-Experience with Customer Documentation authoring tools and solutions (e.g. FrameMaker, Robohelp, LaTeX, DITA etc.);
-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
-Experience with software development project tracking and content management tools, such as Jira and Confluence, is a plus;
Responsibilities:
-Produce high-quality documentation to describe our network management solutions and features;
-Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and user guide tutorials;
-Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;
-Use drawings, diagrams and charts that increase user's understanding;
-Determine the documentation needs of end users;
-Revise documents.
