If you want to join this revolutionary project, keep in mind that we’re looking for Arabic or Hebrew speakers (m/f), to join our client’s team of Technical Support Agents, based in Lisbon.
Your Job:
As a Technical Support Agent, you will be you will be responsible to assure and guarantee customer service of exceptional quality, help customers with their accounts, internet browser issues and billing. You will also communicate information related to products and services to customers.
Profile:
-Native or fluency in Arabic or Hebrew and at least B2 level of English (mandatory);
-Team-player and willing to join a multicultural environment;
-Excellent PC and Internet skills;
-Being driven by customer satisfaction;
-Proactive and a problem solver.
The offer:
-Training – Monday to Friday, during 11 days;
-Workload – Sundays to Thursday, from 10 am to 7 pm;
-Contract – directly with our client;
-Conditions – Gross base salary from 860€ to 1300€ + Meal Allowance + Christmas and Holiday allowance.
