Kelly is currently recruiting a Technical Support Agent (m/f) for a worldwide recognized technology brand, which develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software, consumer electronics, and personal computers and services.Our client enables digital transformation for the era of an intelligent cloud and an intelligent edge. Your job:
As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible to assure a customer service of exceptional quality, help customers with their accounts, products and systems issues and communicate information related products and services to customers.
Profile:
-Native or fluency in Arabic and at least B2 level of English (mandatory);
-Team-player and willing to join a multicultural environment;
-Excellent PC and Internet skills;
-Being driven by customer satisfaction;
-Proactive and a problem solver.
The offer:
-Training – Monday to Friday, during 15 days;
-Workload – Monday to Sunday;
-Work Contract directly with our client;
-Conditions – Gross base salary from 860€ + Meal Allowance + Christmas and Holiday allowance.
