KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Technical Oversight & Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between business teams, product teams, and vendor.
Oversee the technical design, development, testing, and deployment phases of e-commerce solutions.
Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and align with architectural guidelines.
Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes.Quality Assurance & Performance:
Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of ecommerce functionalities.
Monitor post-launch performance, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate necessary optimizations.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and security standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the e-commerce platform and customer experience.
Minimum requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience specifically managing technical projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering e-commerce platforms or technical initiatives.
Experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, AEM6, Commerce tools and Alokai) is highly desirable.
Experience working in a luxury retail or high-end consumer goods environment is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and system integrations.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
Knowledge of database concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps principles.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on e-commerce conversion
Understanding of Development lifecycle and the way of improvement.

Customer Focus: A strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional online experiences.

Fluency in English (French or other languages is a plus).
