https://vimeo.com/191621767For our office in Lisbon, we are looking for Technical Account Managers, who will be responsible for the technical implementation of all projects assigned to them, functioning as the primary contact for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of full technical project implementation
- Become your customer’s primary contact for technical matters
- Perform QA & troubleshoot all technical issues affecting your projects
- Create and maintain all required project documentation
- Academic degree in ICT, software and/or telecom
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Natural technical insight & logical, customer-focused thinking
- Experience with HTML, XML, client-server systems and SNMP
- Profound knowledge of HFC broadband, IPTV, broadcast and satellite systems
- Strong affinity with MS Windows
- Profound knowledge of TCP/IP, multithreading, Web Services, and .Net Remoting
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
