As a manager close to your team, you will guarantee the performance and development of your team members. Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Support your team (manage, motivate, federate as one team; develop their skills and create a sense of loyalty);
- Manage the production of your team (evaluate calls, communicate activity figures and ensure information from the floor is heard).
You are passionate about customer service.
You have experience in customer relationship management and excellent managerial skills.
You are native or fluent (level C2) in one of these languages: English, French, Italian, German or Spanish.
Additionally, you have an intermediate level of English (level B).
You have excellent communication skills and you have the ability to analyze detailed information.
You have a strong sense of organization and responsibility and a real ability to adapt.
