Kelly Services is a leader in providing workforce solutions.Right now, we’re working with a client, who is an outsourcing pioneer with 11 awards in international outsourcing competitions and with over a decade of experience in supplying services to challenger brands and blue-chip companies.
At this very moment, we are looking for Team Leader (m/f) to reinforce their team in Portugal.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyzes incoming reports and implements changes for efficiency;
- Performs daily activities to meet and exceed performance metrics;
- Assists to implement improvements that will advance the customer’s metrics;
- Produce reports and maintain records as required by upper management;
- Develop new and or improved procedures, documentation, and standard work for a team;
- Coach, counsel and motivate performance to achieve winning results;
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for review and to complete necessary administrative tasks;
- Monitor, evaluate and report on business trends to be able to plan and implement staffing schedules based on business demands and customer volumes.
Profile:
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral production and fluency in one of the following languages would be a plus – Spanish, Italian, German or French (mandatory);
- Minimum 1 year of management experience (mandatory);
- 3 or more years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word;
- Strong ability to coach, counsel and motivate performance to achieve winning results;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability;
- Self-motivated and resourceful, requiring minimal supervision. Must be a team player and understand the Account's Goals:
- Ability to prioritize work and workloads across a team.
