Competências:
Requirements:We are looking for people who are passionate for people managements and have:
-12th grade (preferential);
-At least 2 years of team leader experience;
-Experience as coach (preferential);
-Good communication skills;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Fluent in English (C Level);
-Fluency in other languages will be a plus.
Principais responsabilidades
In a back-office environment you will have to management a team with around 15 agents.Oferta
What We Offer:-Contract with the final client;
-Base salary: 1300€/ month;
-Meal allowance: 7€/ day;
-Quarterly bonus - up to 15% from the 3 month salaries (paid after evaluation month (on the 4th month);
-Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), as well as any other combination up to 3 shifts round-the-clock.
