responsabilidades chave

Manages a team of Customer Service Representatives at Team Salt, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental targets. Responsible for overseeing team performance and ensuring adherence to Core Process rules. Leads the development and implementation of various projects.
Acts as the primary point of contact for addressing any employee issues within the team, including challenges faced by Customer Service Representatives when dealing with difficult customer situations.

competências

Experience in Customer Service, cross selling and Team Management;
Very good command of at least two languages - minimum level C1: German and English is a plus;
Interest in telecommunication products;
Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00;
Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality.

principais benefícios

Base Salary: €1530/gross
Meal Allowance: €8.23/day paid on card
Transport Allowance: €20
Initial Contract: 1 year
Health Insurance after 6 months of employment
Monthly bonus can go up to €500
Rotating schedules from Monday to Saturday (between 7am and 9pm)
Work Model: 100% office
