Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad focus on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational of the banking sector that is now looking for a Team Leader - Financing Solutions.
This professional will be responsible for:
-Revision of outputs produced by the team;
-Management of the team;
-Interaction with teams: quality control on delivery, collection of feedback on the quality of work done, permanently develop an excellent quality of service;
-Contribute to the assessment of potential new joiners.

Competências:
Profile:-Previous work experience (at least 2 years) in Corporate Finance, Acquisition/Leveraged Finance or in Audit/Transaction services;
-Fluency in English (mandatory);
-Expert knowledge of Microsoft tools and of financial data bases;
-Strong communication and organizational skills;
-Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, client service oriented;
-Availability for a training period abroad.
