Europcar challenged us to find talents for their shared services center located in paço de arcoswe are looking for talents to do the following functions:
receive and post customer remittances to accounts
investigate overpayment and underpayments
raise credit or debit
resolve unapplied and unidentified receipts
administer month end procedures
log high volume queries
assist the credit control team
correspond with other areas of the business to ensure queries are investigated and remedial action is taken
uphold the query or credit in the local system

Competências:
the ideal candidate will have:fluency in english
excel advance or intermediate skills
ability to reconcile high volume transactions
good analytical skills

ability to work on your own initiative, prioritising your own work
