Overall Job Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Team Leader in Arvato you will be responsible for managing a talented recruitment team in a fast paced dynamic environment. You will manage the day-to-day recruitment activities and ensure a smooth delivery of service to the operation.  You will be responsible for driving the team KPI’s daily, weekly and monthly and providing updates to the TA Manager and Operation. To be successful in this role you will be well organised with excellent communication skills and a passion for the candidate and customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a small team of recruiters.
• Monitor performance across the team ensuring key performance indicators are met within agreed timelines. 
• Provide clear direction for the team and set expectations. 
• Manage and drive full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates ensuring full understanding of requirements, timelines and deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Ensure administration across the team is kept to a high level.
• Consistently ensure your team source high quality candidates for all business areas utilizing appropriate sourcing methods.
• Identify proactive methods of recruitment and continuously look for new ways to improve sourcing within your region.
• Provide support to managers on creating job descriptions, application tests, interview processes etc.
• Produce weekly recruitment activity reports.
• Provide strategic insight and analysis, performance data and trend information to shape training and development for the team.
• Provide first line support for escalation questions and challenges within the team and operation.
• Liaise with managers on headcount requirements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the business
• Pro-actively keep stakeholders up to date with service delivery information and initiatives, ensuring the service continues to meet with internal and client targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with off-shore teams, ensuring partnerships are developed and work effectively.
• Ensure the recruitment process is in line with employment legislation and best practice.
• Dealing with third party recruitment agencies.
• Contribute to various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis.
• Continuously seek ways to improve internal processes and procedures.
• Support the TA Manager on all development and training areas required.
• Provide Management cover when senior staff members are out of office.
• Adhoc and project related takes on request.


Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a high volume recruitment team.
• Experience within a BPO environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Office and Drive packages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team lead experience would be an advantage.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and financial experience would be preferable.
• Proactive self-starter willing to actively assume ownership of tasks.
• Capable of delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
• Highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
• Willing to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Highly resilient with the ability to cope with a fast paced environment where constant change is the norm.
