Randstad Professionals is the business line of Randstad Group focused on Middle & Top Management Recruitment.Our client is a prestigious company in the sector, and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to reinforce the team.
Competências:
Profile:- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar;
- Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruitment;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to deliver results at short notice by being highly organized and proactive;
- Strong, ethical and empathic personality.
Principais responsabilidades
Main Responsibilities:- Build Company’s recruitment strategy on order to attract the best talented people;
- Manage successfully our temporary work strategy and workload;
- Liaise with the hiring managers and help them define their needs and structure the recruitment process;
- Create and feed New Company’s Portugal Linked Page, being proactive and creative to figure out other strong platforms to source candidates;
- Find best channels for getting best candidates and cooperate with universities, local communities of expats and talent from the start-up scene;
- Design New Trainees Program for Company, managing also IEFP applications and financial sponsorships.
