Kelly Services is a leader in providing workforce solutions.Right now, we’re working with a client, who is a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. They are a Global outsourcing provider of customer experience management, helping the largest brands in the world retain and grow their customer base.
For this reason, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst (m/f), to join their IT Strategy team.
The major responsibilities of these professionals are:
- Partner with Hiring Manager to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.);
- Develop sourcing strategies and source qualified candidates, leveraging multiple mediums (e.g., job postings, job fairs, etc.);
- Deliver appropriate communication/message to candidates and applicants when appropriate;
- Complete recruiting forms and candidate file;
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team, HR team, and external groups to facilitate the efficient and effective recruiting process;
- Support recruiting leadership in various initiatives and special projects as needed (i.e., instruct interviewer training).
What are we looking for in candidates?
- Fluency with English (mandatory);
- Degree in HR or similar (mandatory);
- Work experience in HR Business or similar (mandatory);
- Excellent knowledge as a user of MS Office products and the Internet;
- Focus on the rigour, productivity and quality of service provided.
Local – Amoreiras
Schedule – Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 08 am – 6 pm
