- POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- · MSc / BS degrees in Computer Science or related fields
- · Fluent English, spoken and written
- Technical skills:
- · Experience and knowledge of Object Oriented concepts, data structures, multi-threading etc.
- · Experience in C++
- · General of Windows and Desktop Development knowledge
- This job requires a broad knowledge of software engineering practices and design patterns with focus on C++.The main challenge will be to receive the requirements and features from our Product Management, have a deep understanding about whats being required and solve the problem from Software engineering perspective.
- He/She will be also debugging the existing versions and propose enhancements taking into account the cost/benefit ratio.

The candidate will work as an integral part of a cross functional development team doing everything to deliver high quality software and create value to the organization. He/She will participate in the complete development cycle, including analysis, design, implementation and tests of the features in his/her scope of responsibility. This cycle is based on a Feature Driven Development approach based on agile practices. Thus, an active participation in team decisions is expected, to continuously improve our methods, software and team satisfaction.benefícios
