DescriçãoTalenter™ is currently looking for Support Agents Denmarkish (M/F) to join a multinational Customer Support company listed as "Great Place to Work", in Lisbon.
Job Role:
- You will be allocated to one of the several projects (customer support, technical, sales or B2B) accordingly to your interests and skills/experience;
- Provide a high quality customer service based on empathy and consideration;
- Ensure that the settled individual and team goals (sales or support) are achieved through a posture of team-playing.
Requisitos
Profile Criteria:
- Native/Fluent in Denmarkish + English;
- 9th grade (minimum) – eliminatory;
- Clean criminal record – eliminatory;
- Owning European Citizenship or Work-Permit to work in Portugal – eliminatory;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts (it varies accordingly to each project);
- Enjoying challenging and dynamic environments, as well as oriented to work in a multicultural team;
- Empathy and consideration when relating to peers and customers.
