Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. responsabilidades chave
Project management support to support POYC team on SCORE project (Supply Chain Operations Raised Efficiency) aiming at rising SCQM efficiency through process optimisation, tools improvement and upskilling, and on Procurement Process Fit for Future.Essential Functions:
? Supports SCQM/S and SDM on a daily basis to answer basic questions on Procurement processes including support on Access management for tools they and their suppliers have to use (and acts as focal point for unanswered questions from PO chatbot)
? Supports SCQM/S and SDM with the deployment of Procurement digital solutions to suppliers (e.g. AirSupply, SMP etc)
? Maintains up to date training/awareness/communication documents related to Control Supplier process
? Prepares and builds targeted communication to people impacted by Procedural documents changes Additional Responsibilities:
? Support Control Supplier Process Owner in Process update roadmap maintenance in coordination with POYC team and Process Quality Manager

Digital backgroundPast experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement, including Process management aspect
Knowledge of EN9100 desirable
Communication and Change management skills
Ability to write emails in English and French, to communicate on the phone or via emails with suppliers and Airbus employees
Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to priorities in case of emergencies
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
A degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work
Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
