Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a Supply Chain Assistant, fluent in Swedish, for our client SIEMENS, S.A in Alfragide, Lisbon.

Responsibilities
To support our clients Supply Chain Management Operation in Lisbon we are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to integrate the Swedish team:
 

  • Accurate and timely execution of operational purchasing tasks (e. g. order processing & invoice clarification) based on the SCMS global product catalogue for internal customers within their systems in line with company regulations and guidelines for specific customers;
  • Provide operational SCMS services to internal customers according to company regulations & guidelines within defined KPIs in highest quality and cost efficiency;
  • Responsible for data completion in purchase requisition and purchase orders;
  • Perform additional administrative tasks related to the job (KPIs reporting, Quality check);
  • Handbooks preparation and updating.  

 
Requirements

  • Fluent Swedish, written and spoken (mandatory);
  • Advanced English, written and spoken (mandatory);
  • Solid MS Office knowledge (word, excel and outlook);
  • Team Player, with strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
  • Reliable and organized, with autonomy and strong communications skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment.
