Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching for a Strategic Marketing Senior Manager (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- Define marketing strategy for the direct business, partners and traditional distribution;
- Define respective brand strategies by country to support delivery of the marketing strategy working with the Campaigns, Digital & Broker Teams to ensure strategies are executed and aligned with common goals;
- Define Budget optimisation and develop budgetary controls to ensure budgets are managed correctly, work in particular with the Digital & Campaign Teams to establish budget tracking & sign-off processes;
- Define Media Strategy by country to support delivery of the marketing strategy, needs to be done in conjunction with Digital team to ensure strategy and budget allocation;
- Utlise Market Research to identify consumer needs, track brand performance and understand impact of Sponsorship;
- Establish and imbed a common evaluation process for campaigns, ensuring postcampaign reviews are conducted and lessons learned applied;
- Manage Advertising, Media & Research agency relationships, leveraging their teams to understand market trends, changing consumer behaviour and identify best practice opportunities from other industries;
- Establish the Strategic Marketing team amongst key stakeholders, gaining alignment on our role within the business and our ambitions for the brands & markets;
- Create value proposal and segmentation for clients and mediators. Control and optimization of the agent commissioning model;
- Define intermediaries communication and loyalty plans;
- Define trade marketing for B2B and B2C.

Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Professional qualification in Marketing or similar;
- At least 5 experience in similar position;
- Strong technical knowledge of statistics / analytical /marketing;
- Experience of managing teams located in different countries and cultures;
- Fluency in English. Knowledge in Spanish would be desirable;
- Highly motivated with an ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced and challenging environment;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
- Very strong research, analytical & collaboration skills;
- Ability to balance a number of conflicting priorities and make decisions;
- Excellent management skill and the ability to manage people.
