If you are fluent in Spanish, with good English skills, and have the drive to be a trainer, a quality analyst or a team leader for a contact center/content review team, this is the offer for you.We are looking for Spanish fluent candidates living in Lisbon, to join the team of a famous multinational company, in a project with one of the world's most famous social media platforms.

In this role you will be guiding, coaching, training and/or monitoring a team of Spanish advisors/reviewers to perform the best way possible and provide the best service to the platform.Having previous experience in call-center/content review is mandatory, applications without experience will not be considered. Experience in specific roles of Quality Analyst, Team Leader and/or Trainer are very valuable.

Fluent in Spanish (level C1 minimum) and be living in Lisbon, with availability to go to the office on a daily basis (office in Sete Rios)Good English skills
Previous experience in call-center/content-review environment
High-school diploma (minimum)
Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal (residence card)
