Kelly Services is currently recruiting Sourcers (m/f), fluent in German plus English, to integrate one of our Teams. This team, provides dedicated support for in-house recruitment teams, adding the capability and capacity to deliver more for less. This means you can supplement in-house recruitment team with expert direct hire sourcing utilising the most advanced techniques and social sourcing tools.Role
As a Sourcer, you should be able to identify and locate passive candidates & generate interest in client positions or pipeline requirements. You will also be sourcing and researching across various industries and functions to create a diverse pool of applicants.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand job descriptions and seek additional information as needed;
- Create sourcing plans for each role worked on (follow agreed sourcing methods including;
- Post ads
- Identify Suitable CV databases
- Map Competitors
- Set search criteria for Passive Candidate Identification;
- Conduct external searches through strategic sourcing (databases, job boards, CV Libraries, LinkedIn etc):
- Utilise online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential candidates;
- Screen applicants who have responded to adverts;
- Create CV and Coversheets with all required information for submission to client;
- Follow agreed CV submission processes for clients;
- Manage candidates through the interview process;
- Update management information logs regularly;
- Undertake additional recruitment administration tasks (such as interview scheduling, document processing etc) from time to time;
- Ensure compliance with all internal & client processes at all times.
