We are looking for Senior Software Engineers to join development teams responsible for creating and evolving highly complex and impactful technological solutions. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about technology, enjoy solving challenging problems, and want to contribute to large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of the software development cycle, from solution analysis and design through implementation and deployment; Ensure the support and evolution of applications throughout their lifecycle, providing corrective, evolutionary, and preventive maintenance; Prepare technical documentation, including functional analysis, technical design, and solution architecture; Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define and track requirements; Support and mentor junior team members, promoting the sharing of knowledge and best practices; Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development and quality processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development roles; Solid experience in Java development; Good knowledge of the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, SQL, and Web Services; Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and React; Experience with version control tools and build processes; Proven experience in developing custom software solutions; Knowledge of programming best practices, software architectures, and development methodologies; Interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning; Excellent communication and expression skills in Portuguese, both oral and written; Good knowledge of English for technical contexts and reading documentation; fluency in spoken English is not required.
