competências

• 7 years of relevant work experience;
• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead;
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• Experienced, proficient developer of industry-grade applications;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET platform: C# recent versions, Visual Studio, ASP.NET;
• Proficiency in English.
• It is not mandatory but it is a plus to have knowledge in:
• SCM with Git; JIRA; Gitlab;
• Working knowledge of cryptography

responsabilidades

• the Software Development Team Lead will have as main functions and responsibilities:
• - Lead the design, development and implementation of new solutions, with scalability, performance, deployment/operation and end-user experience in mind.
• - Integrate solution development using git and CI, initial testing of the generated code before it is integrated into larger tests for the entire solution;
• - Produce both external documentation for the end-users but also internal documentation for other departments that need to support the solution;
• - Be the example of what you want to see in your team in coding standards and behavior.
• - Help your team learn how to work within Agile.
• Mentor team members into becoming better developers.
