competências
- 7 years of relevant work experience;
- At least 2 years of experience as a team lead;
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
- Experienced, proficient developer of industry-grade applications;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET platform: C# recent versions, Visual Studio, ASP.NET;
- Proficiency in English.
- It is not mandatory but it is a plus to have knowledge in:
- SCM with Git; JIRA; Gitlab;
- Working knowledge of cryptography
responsabilidades
- the Software Development Team Lead will have as main functions and responsibilities:
- - Lead the design, development and implementation of new solutions, with scalability, performance, deployment/operation and end-user experience in mind.
- - Integrate solution development using git and CI, initial testing of the generated code before it is integrated into larger tests for the entire solution;
- - Produce both external documentation for the end-users but also internal documentation for other departments that need to support the solution;
- - Be the example of what you want to see in your team in coding standards and behavior.
- - Help your team learn how to work within Agile.
- Mentor team members into becoming better developers.
