Adecco HR is looking for a SSC Accounts Receivable Business AnalystMain Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the AR Collections Manager, is responsible for creating/updating/maintaining the reporting databases and outputs for all Collections data packs and KPI’s. You will be a key influencer on the team, providing insight on priorities, understanding and anticipating stakeholder needs when recommending solutions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Actively manage the timeline and deliverables of projects, anticipate risks and resolve issues
Develops/maintains reports and proposes enhancements to the reporting environment in Business Objects and SAP
Maintain and develop the current reporting set (KPI’s and Dashboards)
Work alongside the department to define metrics and strategies to improve processes and results by providing data driven insights
Key Skills
Good Data Interpretation and ability to map/relate data to Business and Operations
Proficiency in excel (mandatory)
Knowledge of Business Objects, Oracle and SAP
Experience in controlling & finance or Collections
Excellent level of Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Academic background in Finance / Accounting / Economics
Excellent verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including ability to succinctly summarize key findings and effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Language skills: English
