o Manage the resource identification and selection process required to build the resource pool needed to deliver the project;
o Lead a kick-off process to inform the team members involved in the project of the nature of the project, the planning and milestones, the Service level Agreement and quality expectations of the client, the stakeholders involved, and any other information required by the team supporting the project to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery;
o Ensure that all required information is entered in the RANDSTAD systems and available to all stakeholders to proceed with resources allocation, material preparation, cost allocation management, etc;
o Coordinate the activities of all RANDSTAD stakeholders to deliver the work in the most efficient and timely manner;
o Track and communicate project progress with all stakeholders, including the client, through adequate reporting;
o Identify, mitigate and manage the project risks;
o Address change requests in order to assess their impact on the project schedule and costs – and manage the contractual updates when required in collaboration with the account manager to integrate them in the project baseline;
o Ensures that all costs are identified and accounted for;
o Ensure that the satisfaction surveys and post-project (program, workshop, etc) quality monitoring are done and appropriately communicated to the appropriate stakeholders;
o Ensure that the project documentation is done and stored in the agreed place;

Competências:

Bachelors degree required or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a preference in the education and leadership development industry.
Certification on Project management methodology such as PMI, Prince2, or equivalent.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including: MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Fluent in English and in Portuguese. Knowledge of Polish or Spanish is a plus.
Capable of working independently in a fast moving environment and have the confidence to make their own decisions whilst also being able to work in a team.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise competing requests and requirements. Know how to break down large projects into do-able pieces. Work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High degree of flexibility and mental agility is essential.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, diplomacy due to constant interaction with clients, staff and outside organisations.
Deep commitment to external client needs: must demonstrate a can do attitude and focus on client satisfaction.
Demonstrate composure under stress and ability to work through complexity.
Ability to meet face-to-face with client to discuss difficult and complex issues.
Know when to ask for help, to clarify assumptions or to ensure accuracy when not sure.
Strong focus on details, documentation, data interpretation and follow-through.
The ability to motivate and develop less experienced members of the support team.
Ability to influence and diplomatically advocate a point of view with both internal and external customers when situation requires a strong voice. Ability to say no when appropriate.
