Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching for a Senior FP&A Analyst.
Competências:
-Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics;-Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience;
-Insurance experience in a finance role;
-Insurance financials;
-Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (essential);
-Financial database systems knowledge such as Hyperion Financial Management;
-Project management experience and ability to work across a number of business divisions;
-Good English is essential, Spanish is desired but not required;
-Travel between WEM offices will be required from time to time.
Principais responsabilidades
-Provide month end support to include understanding variances versus plan and preparation of monthly management information;-Liaise with the business to populate plan and forecast assumptions to support both the strategic planning process and the detailed planning process for Group and Local reporting;
-Support the expense management and cost allocation process for West European Market;
-Provide support and challenge for strategic initiatives from a financial perspective, while maintaining focus on company priorities;
- Provide input to ensure delivery of the annual ORSA document and on-going capital management work;
- Ensure governance standards are implemented and information is accurately and clearly presented;
-Assist in the provision of analytical support for Senior Management & the Executive team where required.
