Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a Senior Business Developer (M/F) for one of our clients in the Information Security and Cybersecurity Services established in Lisbon.

What are my responsibilities?
  • Responsible for selling and supporting the firm's complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts;
  • Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers, in which identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and customer investments,  and establishes a clear action plan for success;
  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales quota and profitability goal;
  • Managing and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction;
  • Identifies New Business Opportunities;
  • Search for new potential clients and partnerships;
  • Responsible for all aspects of business development.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
  • Professional experience in B2B Sales;
  • Good knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity;
  • Advanced language skill in English is mandatory;
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to undertake and complete tasks independently;
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
