Work closely with engineers from diverse technical backgrounds to integrate AI components into existing systems. You will contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection within a collaborative, iterative delivery model.
Minimum requirements
Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on backend development, particularly using Python
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI or Generative AI solutions in real-world environments
Solid understanding of commonly used AI frameworks, libraries, and model integration patterns
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems collaboratively
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to both engineering and non-engineering audiences
A genuine agile mindset centered on teamwork, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
Comfortable working in fast-evolving technical environments and delivering outcomes within agreed timelines
High attention to detail with a strong focus on solution quality and performance
Clear, structured, and effective communication skills
Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proactive, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement
