Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching an Entry Level Agile Tester who will respond to the WEM QA & Performance Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Test the behaviour of each application to ensure that user stories/business requirements are being adequately supported by the applications;
- Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them;
- Participating proactively in daily stand-up meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements.

Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Third level qualification in IT or an IT-related discipline or equivalent work experience (mandatory);
- ISTQB Agile Foundation Level or equivalent (preferential);
- Knowledge of modern test techniques (mandatory);
- Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines (mandatory);
- Clear communicator shares clear and appropriately detailed information;
- Team Player relates to others in a professional manner and promotes team work;
- Demonstrates personal energy and a positive attitude that influences others;
- Participates in improvement efforts within the team;
- Seeks opportunities to learn new skills; accepts and acts on feedback;
- Demonstrates flexibility to change;
- Excellent Spoken and Written English.
