About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to support international operations, with a focus on the German market. You’ll manage core finance activities across Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and some Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities - Manage AR processes: cash application, collections, customer communication, and issue resolution; - Perform GL activities: reconciliations, reporting, and month/year-end closing; - Support AP tasks such as invoice processing and expense review; - Monitor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key stakeholder contact; - Support process improvements and help guide junior team members. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; - 4+ years of accounting experience (strong AR + GL exposure); - Fluent in German and English; - Strong Excel and ERP knowledge; - Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
