Our client is a reference company focused on the real-estate sector. It seeks to integrate a:Secured Loans Manager (m/f)
Lisbon
Key responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio of non-performing and sub-performing secured credits;
- Responsible for designing and implementing recovery strategies;
- Follow-up implementation of defined recovery strategies and identify possible adjustments;
- Follow-up of judicialized cases and implementation of legal documentation;
- Management negotiation and relationship with lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders;
- Supervise the management of third-party service providers (e.g. lawyers, financial advisors, valuers…);
- Business valuation, cash-flow modelling and data-tape analysis;
- Liaising with investors representatives.
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a private equity commercial real estate finance team of a bank, advisory or consultancy firm;
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Law or similar;
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and modelling skills;
- Team-player with the capacity to work well in an entrepreneurial environment and under pressure;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Portuguese languages.
