Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave
You will be a key contributor of the Airbus SAP FI Accounting Systems support team.On the S/4 HANA SAP solutions covering, accounts receivable, payables processes and Travel Expenses, the jobholder will have the responsibilities to support Airbus worldwide accounting users network, for 80+ legal entities of the 3 Airbus divisions.
Your main tasks and responsibilities may include:
Incident support:
Collect incidents through ticketing system
Analyze incidents according to priority
Understand issues and be able to reproduce a case
Propose and apply a solution to fix
In case needed, connect to Headquarter expert teams or development teams for solutions
Functional & Technical Support requests:
Collect functional support requests through the ticketing system
Identify interface issues between various SAP & non-SAP systems (e.g SupplyOn, Taulia, KDS, Highradius) and resolve them with the corresponding expert
Analyze and answer to the end-user requests
Small system evolution requests (SAP FI/CO customizing adaptations):
Collect small systems evolution requests
Analyze the requests and design the solution
Customize, test and deliver the solution
Participate in integration test phases.
competências
Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or similar areas (preferable);At least 1 year of relevant professional experience;
Understanding Business Processes in the Finance area (P2P, O2C, T&E);
Knowledge on SAP FI customizing;
Technical skills including data extraction, files exchanges, SAP database knowledge, and/or interfaces with cloud solutions;
Fluent in English.
