Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. responsabilidades chave
You will join Airbus GBS Compliance team as a SAP Basis Expert, working with IT Internal Control and Audit team giving them the technical support.As a SAP Basis Expert, your main missions will be:
? Monitor the overall performance and effectiveness of the Auditing standard solutions and Toolset, keeping a reliable solution, mastering overall run mode for services already deployed
? Develop, Deliver, Operate and ensure the implementation of Audit standards business solutions (processes and tools)
? Support and contribute to enhancements of the product and service lines, from idea to retirement, including continuous realignment to the consumer needs
? Ensuring the delivery of a strong business added value to customers of our products and services
? Act as a point of contact with the technical teams
? Working with the agile methodology.
? You will report directly to the Head of Compliance, Local Manager
? Ensure the implementation of Audit standard solution
competências
At least 3 years of experience in Information SystemsTransparent ways of working and clear, honest communication. Versatility in technical tools is important to evaluate in a digital mode
Continuous improvement mindset, inclined towards establishing innovative ways of working
An understanding and demonstration of Ethics and data protection
Ability to translate technical solutions into operations, communicate it simply and give clear operational direction.
Collaboration, empathy, resilience, curiosity, fun and the will to reach collective objectives, together.
Language skills: Negotiation level of English
Technical expertise:
SAP Basis
Knowledge Excel VBA
Knowledge Python is a plus
IT Audit knowledge is a plus
SAP ABAP / LSMW SAP Transaction is a plus
