Our team is young, work in a collaborative environment and is looking for a self-driven, pleasant and team player Associate Sales Representative that thrives in attracting new customers.Your knowledge of sales combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities creates new partnerships and helps businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building expertness, you provide excellent customer service, research, and market analysis. You will research, prospect and qualify leads to further develop and close and work closely with senior management and the sales staff in assisting with client requirements.
Responsibilities
Identify selling opportunities, perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/prospective clients
Reach out to client leads through cold calling, e-mailing and set up meetings
Prepare quotes and proposals
Negotiate/close deals and gather feedback from customers
Track sales and provide status reports to the management
Build and maintain business relationships to ensure future partnerships
Coordinate sales efforts with team members
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Update internal databases
Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
1+ years of proven working experience in business development or marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
Ability to prioritize and handle shifting priorities
Capability of self-motivation without “micro-management”
An ethical and honest personality
Knowledge of sales software and experience in Human Resources field is a bonus
