We are currently searching for a Sales Performance Manager.
competências
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Actuarial Science required;
- Actuarial or pricing background is highly recommended;
- At least 5 years in a position related to business performance-oriented data analysis;
- Familiarity in working with corporate systems for data analysis, querying, manipulation and visualization (SAS, Cognos, Power BI, Salesforce);
- Good knowledge in project and senior stakeholder management;
- Experience in businesses with retail distribution networks;
- Fluency in English is required.

- Partner with different stakeholders to identify and evaluate key initiatives focused on delivering sustainable growth supported by data analysis;
- Frame and analyze business issues along with your team to action proactive decisions;
- Identify data gaps and improvement opportunities while working collaboratively with key business stakeholders;
- Drive action around performance assessment, forecasting, and subsequent decision making;
- Play a key role in informing and influencing senior management decision making process.
