Randstad Professionals is the Business Line of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a new insurance operator in Portugal whose business is growing and expanding and that is looking for a Sales Manager that will lead the commercial business in Lisbon.
responsabilidades chave
Strong knowledge of the Insurance industry and the Portuguese broker channel;Adjustment to the Portuguese market considering the sales strategy of the Company, in accordance with the guidelines established by the General Management;
Manage and promote the results of large accounts and mediators;
New brokers opening and development in accordance with the company's philosophy;
Identify the mediators' needs and align them with the company's strategy;
Observing new developments in the competition and reporting them to the General Management in order to implement competitive advantages.
competências
Relevant degree from an Academic Institution;At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector (broker channel is a plus) with a commercial, executive account role;
Knowledge of different branches of the insurance sector, specifically in Mobility, Personal and Health Care products;
English fluent;
Spanish fluent (plus);
Dedicated problem solver, strong technical and sales skills with a self-starter/positive personality and can-do attitude;
Ability to explain and present information in a structured, clear, confident and concise way;
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others in collaborative and positive manner;
Goal - oriented, proactive and dynamic profile;
Availability to travel monthly to Spain;
Appropriate training and qualification required by the ASF for insurance and reinsurance intermediaries and insurance companies.
