As a Sales Development Representative – Benelux, you will join a leading B2B lead generation company operating across 11 countries. You’ll play a key role in expanding the client portfolio by identifying prospects, qualifying needs, and generating high-quality sales opportunities for the sales team

Where will you work? Lisbon, Portugal

What will your responsibilities be?

Initiate outbound contact with businesses from pre-qualified databases;
Identify and engage key decision-makers such as business owners and purchasing managers;
Clearly communicate the value of Companeo’s lead generation solutions;
Qualify prospect needs, assess potential and determine interest level;
Create, update and enrich prospect records in the CRM with accuracy;
Transfer qualified leads to the sales team or convert them directly when applicable;
Follow up with prospects who were unreachable or require nurturing.

What do you need to succeed?

Native Dutch speaker with good English skills;
Previous experience in B2B teleprospecting or call center environments;
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to capture and hold attention;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when qualifying leads;
Goal-oriented mindset and resilience in managing rejection;
Team player with strong motivation to learn and grow.
